About The Party
The party is well organized and decorated
with professional staff. DJ Robin Summerrise and Ajente.com have over 10 years of combined experience planning New Year's Eve Parties.
2 Rooms
Each hotel suite has 2 rooms; 1st Room is
the Living Room with Hide-a-Bed and the 2nd Room is Your Bedroom.
Check-In Time
You can arrive as early as 2:00 PM on the
31st to check-in to your hotel room. The official time for check-in is
3:00 PM. As we have many guests to process in, we start early to
assure you are in your room on time.
Check-Out Time
You get an extra 3 hours for check out.
Therefore, check-out time is 3:00 pm on January 1st.
Dinner Served
Buffet dinner will be served between 6:00 -
8:30 PM. At 8:30 PM, the buffet will be broken down to prepare for
the party.
Dress Code
Our dress code is semi formal - business
casual. We don't admit guests with tennis shoes and sports gear.
VIP Guaranteed Seating
Packages A & B receive reserved seating
all night long.
Music Format
Our music format is catered to the grown and
sexy, classic R&B,
Jazz, Old School, and Hip Hop.
Alcohol
You may not bring any outside alcohol to the event. All alcohol must be purchased and consumed at the party.
Age
All persons must be 21 or older. State ID is required.
Average age is 30-40+ Mature Partiers.
Cameras
Cameras are allowed during the party for personal use only. Photos may not be taken for resale.
Credit Card Purchases
All credit card purchases will require
verification at the event. When checking into the party, you will be
asked to present your card for verification purposes.
Directions
The Doubletree Hotel Suites
is located in the Southcenter/Tukwila (South Seattle) area on Southcenter
Blvd (Next to Outback & Across the Street from McDonalds).
Refunds
There are no refunds after purchase. The reasoning for this clause is because we make prepayments to the
venue; hotel rooms, food, services,
champagne, decorations, party favors, etc. in which are not refundable.
