Location
The Doubletree Hotel Suites
is located in the Southcenter/Tukwila Area.
Important Notice: This
Doubletree is NOT by the Seatac Airport. It is located in the
Southcenter Mall Area (Next to Outback Steakhouse & Across the Street from
McDonalds) at 16500 Southcenter Parkway,
Tukwila, WA 98188.
Verification Required
All guests must bring a valid ID for
entry. The person whom made the purchase must be present to
register/sign in. Hotel guests are required to bring a valid credit
card/debit credit card for hotel incidentals;
e.g. phone calls, room service, etc.
About The Party
The party is well organized and decorated
by our professional staff. We have over 20 years of experience planning New Year's Eve Parties.
2 Rooms - Hotel Suites
Each hotel suite has 2 rooms; 1st Room is
the Living Room with Hide-a-Bed and the 2nd Room is Your Bedroom.
Hotel Check-In Time
You can arrive as early as 2:00 PM on the
31st to check-in to your hotel room. The official time for check-in is
3:00 PM. As we have many guests to process in, we start early to
assure you are in your room on time.
Hotel Check-Out Time
You get an extra 3 hours for check out.
Therefore, check-out time is 3:00 pm on January 1st.
Dinner Served
Buffet dinner will be served between 7:00 -
9 PM. At 9 PM, the buffet will be broken down to prepare for
the party. Food will must be consumed in Ballroom. No food will be allowed to go to Hotel Rooms, To-Go, etc.
Dress Code
Our dress code is semi formal - business
casual. We don't admit guests with tennis shoes and sports gear.
VIP Guaranteed Seating
Hotel & Dinner Packages receive reserved seating
all night long.
Music Format
Our music format is catered to the grown and
sexy, e.g. Classic R&B,
Jazz, Old School, and Hip Hop.
Alcohol
You may NOT bring any outside alcohol into the event. All alcohol must be purchased and consumed at the party.
Age
All persons must be 21 or older. State ID is required.
Average age is 30+ Mature Partiers.
Cameras
Cameras are allowed during the party for personal use only. Photos may not be taken for resale.
Refunds
There are no refunds after purchase. The reasoning for this clause is because we make prepayments to the
venue; hotel rooms, food, services,
champagne, decorations, party favors, etc. in which are not refundable.
